4th Annual Louisiana Truck Show Bayou Cook-Off

Get ready for horsepower and high-grade flavor! The 4th Annual Louisiana Truck Show is back, and we’re combining two of Louisiana’s favorite things: impressive trucks and incredible food.

Whether you’re showing off your rig or showing off your cooking skills, we invite teams to firing up their grills, pots, and burners for this year’s Judged Cook-Off. Registration is 100% FREE, so bring your best dish, feed the crowd, and take home the trophy!

Bragging rights and trophies are on the line! Awards will be presented for:

• 🥇 1st Place: Best Overall (Judged)
• 🥈 2nd Place: People’s Favorite (Voted by the Crowd)
• 🥉 3rd Place: Best Presentation (Judged)
• 🎖️ 4th Place: People’s Choice (Voted by the Crowd)

To ensure a smooth, fun, and fair competition for everyone, all contestants and teams must adhere to the following rules:

• Entry Fee: Registration is completely FREE for all cooking teams. 

• Each team must prepare enough of their signature dish to serve between 10 to 50 people.
• All food must be cooked safely and held at proper serving temperatures throughout the event.

• Each team is required to supply their own serving paper products, including: 
  • Styrofoam bowls and/or plates (enough for 50–100 people).
  • Eating utensils (forks, spoons, napkins) for 50–100 people.

• Team Serving: Your team is responsible for serving the food directly to judges and attendees from your designated space.
• Keep your station clean, safe, and welcoming to show attendees!

• Judged Categories (1st & 3rd Place): Official judges will visit stations at designated times to score based on taste, quality, and presentation.
• People's Choice Categories (2nd & 4th Place): Show attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite dishes throughout the serving period.
